    My husband and I were at our breaking point when our 2.5 year old started crying for 45 minutes at bedtime and waking up multiple times a night after always being a great sleeper. After over a month of trying methods on our own, we knew we needed a professional to get our daughter back on track before our new baby arrived. Johanna was so easy to talk to from the very first phone call and made the whole process very clear, professional and honest. Not only was our daughter responding to the research-based sleep training methods, but we felt grateful for the daily phone calls or emails with Johanna. She felt like our own personal sleep therapist! In less than 2 weeks, our daughter was back to falling asleep happily at naptime and bedtime and sleeping through the night. We would highly recommend Johanna to anyone!

At first we were hesitant about sleep consulting but after 2+ years of our son having ups and downs with making it through the night we figured it was time. After two weeks of Johanna’s help our son is now sleeping through the night and bedtime no longer takes hours. We wish we had found Johanna earlier!

    My biggest takeaway from working with Johanna is how easy the implementation of a sleep program was, and how quickly we saw results. Working with her to create the sleep plan took away any guess work and inconsistencies in our approach. We started seeing results within days of working together, and by the end of the two weeks we were able to take our 9 month old on a week-long vacation with my big loud family and she slept beautifully during her naps and overnights. We are very grateful to Johanna for her diligent surveying, check-ins, and follow-ups.

    We are so lucky that a friend recommended Johanna to help with our nap-time woes! Johanna was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. Within one day(!!!) our little guy went from his typical 30-minute nap to sleeping for over an hour for each nap. He is so much happier now that he is getting better rest during the day. I feel empowered with our plan moving forward, yet know I can always tap Johanna for help if we have road bumps in the future. You cannot put a price tag on good sleep and Johanna is worth every penny!

We are experienced parents and thought we could handle everything, but our third child gave us a run for our money when he started climbing out of his crib and running around the room at bedtime. Johanna knew just how to handle every obstacle and trick our son tried. He’s now falling asleep on his own and our sanity has been saved.
