NY Kids Club - 68th Street

I called at the end of April to book a birthday party for my 4 year old daughter. I left my credit card and was assured they will take care of me and the birthday party. Today I called to follow up on it, and was told that they sent me an email last week. 3 minutes later they told me they don't have a reservation for my kid birthday party. What are you going to do when you have 30 invited kids all looking forward for the last birthday party before the end of school and there is no party? Never trust them with your kids!!!

Our grandson Luke has gone to pre-school at New York Kids Club for two years. While his parents interact with the school much more than his grandmother and me, we have picked him up many times, stayed in the morning to watch various activities and had many opportunities to see how the staff relate to the children and to their families. Everything we've seen at New York Kids Club has has been positive. The staff have a wonderful array of stimulating projects and activities, but each child is given the leeway to participate to the extent that they are comfortable. Luke has made friends, he always comes home tired but very happy, and he looked forward to a new year at New York Kids Club for weeks before the new school year began. These are professional, patient, caring people and it shows in everything they do.
