He displayed a high level of professionalism and a keen attention to detail. He discovered a gas leak that I had overlooked, and as a result, he was able to avert any more damage. I was able to choose from a variety of remedies to my hot water problems since he presented them to me. His demeanor was respectful and elicited trust. He's an excellent choice.

Our technician was quick and efficient in repairing the issue. Furthermore, while he was working, he discovered and fixed a potentially dangerous problem that we were absolutely unaware of! I appreciate his rapid diagnosis and repair of a leaking chimney that may have resulted in a hazardous carbon monoxide leak. I strongly suggest it.
