Bright Star Plumber

Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They are not licensed and are a scam. I had a plumber come out and do shoddy workmanship only to have it leak, do damage, and then have them deny even doing the work. This is despite a receipt I have with their letterhead and phone records indicating I had called them and they had sent the plumber. Then he called back and said.. "Read the fine print on the receipt. It says we aren't responsible for anything.. not that we came, but even if we did come then we aren't responsible. Don't call again. Bye." Then he hung up. Real professional. The receipt actually says they are not responsible for faulty plumbing equipment and does not mention workmanship. They have been reported to the city and will be investigated by the Building Marshall. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

They go by the names of Bright Star Plumbing and First Response. NEVER USE! I wish I could give negative stars. This company is a complete disaster and will bring disaster to you. No one in the company including the owner is a licensed plumber and they have inadequate equipment. I had continuous sewage flooding for three weeks, very upsetting. They came (always hours late), did a partial job, and never honored a warranty. They told me I had various problems which necessitated breaking up the floor, eager for the money. New plumbing companyrealsolved the problem in five minutes.
