        Dr Horak is amazing, I hope! The staff was so nice and the waiting time was 5 minutes. Its run like every Doctors office should be. Ive never been in and out of a doctors office in under an hour. Im putting my arthritic wrist in Dr Horaks care and I feel very confident hell do a great job.

        Waiting time was minimal, staff was very attentive and Dr. Lovey was very nice. Never felt rushed, all around it was a great visit.

        Professional doctors. However, administratively, they are a chaotic mess. Impossible to get in touch with anyone there. Your problems do not get addressed or even acknowledged. Maybe they need to hire more people in their back office? Who knows. I called on 12/4/17 asking to an issue on a bill to be taken care of and I was told that it would be resolved by the end of the week at LATEST. It is now 12/21 and now I can't even get in touch with them.
