I first saw Jenny when I was struggling with lower back pain and now, not only pain-free, I'm getting stronger in my core via the program she created for me. From the initial diagnosis to my weekly sessions, Jenny was committed to my physical health and wellbeing. I've benefited tremendously from my time with her. Jenny is very responsive to the needs of her patients, and always provided helpful alternatives or suggestions. I don't hesitate to say that you will be in very good hands with Jenny.

I actually didnt make it to see a therapist through their receptionists. Made appointment on Zocdoc for my only day off. Office called me later that day and said that All that times on Zocdoc are wrong and as I have workers comp case Id need to provide more information. I had my case number and dates of insury only on me, they called during my work hours. In a middle of the conversation the woman I was talking to passed the phone to someone else without warning. I just realized that voice is different and Im talking to someone else now. This new lady told me that they cant honor my appointment until I provide more information. She refused to answer if they actually had time on the day I made appointment. She refuse to hold appointment till I get home and get more information about my case. She said goodbye and hung up on me.
Well I guess they dont need more business and I definitely will not be calling back to schedule anymore with those two customer oriented ladies.
