        Apparently i am not the only one here! Ive been getting unauthorized charges since October from this Gym without even getting a notificacion or an invoice of the charges. The name of this gym is now TMPL and obviously they do not care about clients, they are only trying to get the money from old memberships from NYSC. Working directly with my bank because as they said "they cant do anything about it."

        I canceled my membership in April 2020 directly on the NYSC website after a class action lawsuit was filed because they were charging full membership fees during covid lockdown. I just received an unauthorized charge sept 1 for full membership fee even though I canceled on their online form. I am going to dispute charges with my bank and block TMPL as a vendor, as I see no other way out of this fiasco. NYSC does not answer the phone. This company does not care about the well-being of their clients. They only care about money.
