The worst place ever. Very inefficient. Asked me to go to their store to get my medication. But after we got there, they made us wait 15 minutes to tell us that it’s out of stock. Not sure why they manage their business so bad. Wasted us 45 minutes for nothing

Steer clear of Corby Chemists! Corby Chemists staff demonstrate a total disregard for their customers! They price gauge (overcharge their customers) and Shyam Madoor, lead Pharmacist is arrogant, rude and dismissive! I was intentionally sold the wrong Philips Sonicare item last week by a female employee who unlocked the glass case that stored their electric toothbrushes etc. I initially showed her a photo of the electric toothbrush I have and I was clear that I needed the correct replacement head. She persuasively handed me a package of 2 Philips replacement toothbrush head for $49.95 telling me this was the exact product I needed for the model toothbrush I have. When I arrived home and ever so slightly opened the plastic casing (top left corner)- it was clear that this was definitely not the correct item at all. The packaging was totally intact with the 2 items in the plastic packaging with respective plastic covers, all entact as well. I returned the next day to swtich out the product for the correct one and or receive a pharmacy credit. The woman who originally helped me researched the item I actually needed after I again showed her the same photo again. She then told me that their dental supplier does not carry it at all; yet I could return for a store credit. I told her I would take the credit now and then multiple staff chimed in to tell me that I must return when the lead pharmacist was in. When I did in fact return to meet with Shyam Madoor , lead Pharmacist- He refused to issue me a credit for the Sonicare toothbrush heads (2) which his shop charged me $54.38 (clear price gauging). He demonstrated zero customer relationship management skills in solving the problem and knew full well it was his shop's error in selling me the wrong product; yet blamed me- their loyal customer. What a pity that Corby Chemists just lost an excellent customer for life, because they would not return an item along with the receipt from a recent purchase. I experienced the absolute worst customer service in this pharmacy. Truly hoping the $54.38 they are saving is worth it for them! I would give this pharmacy who deceives their customers 0 stars as 1 is absolutely too many!
