Zero morals! I’ve asked multiple times in the past and expressed my concerns on being low on my metformin, asked to ensure that this doesn’t become an occurrence. I was left without my medication and I cannot be without it. I spoke to Abraham and he insisted that my doctor probably isn’t responding to them bc she wishes to change the dose to my medication, and he stated with a straight face that they’ve inquired about this medication to my doctor and the office 3x, and that ny doctor literally denied to refill my medication. He left me without my necessary meds!! I sent her a quick message and was fuming, she immediately responded that my pharmacy not once called to refill it. I went in to see her for a detailed intel, she stated that Abraham lied that she’d never do that to any of her patients. I called to speak to Abraham and Hector denied that he’s there and that he’ll call back. No call!!!! My doctor wanted him to repeat that she denied medication 3x. And on Arazlo Rx that they reached out to my derms office multiple times for prior authorization was also a lie, my derm said they never reached out to him. How many false statements am I going to hear. You want me to fight with my providers that try to service me the right way by proactively covering yourself, you didn’t think that I’ll speak to them about it and just stay in the unknown? You’re not getting any of my medications covered for months. More reviews to follow, and how this mistrust occurred, in the next review! There was no apology from Abraham and never did anything to improve and ensure that I’m a happy patient.
