        Went to pick up a package , of course it wasn't opened at the set time on website.

        I schedule a covid vaccine today for my mother at 10 am. This was the earliest time listed on the website to come in. lets start off by saying the place was closed. doesn't open up until 10:30 which no one was there. My mother has been waiting since 10 am- 10:45. the location was not opened by 10:30 or 10:45 . The website is not accurate, no one was there to actually open the door. we had to cancel the appointment and hopefully can try to set another one up for another location. NOT GOOD, PLUS MY MOTHER IS ELDERLY
