I originally posted a poor review about Capital Rx which I have since removed. The support team went above and beyond and worked with me on the issue I was having with a name brand medication. Thank you again for all the help.

Pathetic company. They can't get the simplest things right. Nearly a month dealing with their poor customer service phone representatives, and their lack of follow-up and communication. Insurance company must be saving a fortune by selecting this outfit. I can't give zero stars, so forced to give them 1 star to complete this warning.

They claim to be a new style of prescription company that streamlines the pharmacy industry. That statement is short for we try to pay and cover as little as possible by whatever means. Id be shocked if my company uses them next year. Ive not found one coworker that hasnt had an issue of some sort with them. Like myself, people taking covered medications for 10 years are just no longer covered.period, even after appeals. They require Prior Authorizations on almost everything that hasnt been around for 20 years or more. Controlled substances for pain, etc always require more paperwork every 6 months. I just cant see this company fitting in with our companies insurance program without a big fight from my coworkers starting 2023.

Ever since my company switched to this pharmacy this year they are making all of my diabetic medications harder to get and only leaving me with expensive medication options I can't afford. I have told my wife if anything should happen to me because of this to seek out a lawyer and sue them. I am a Diabetic and need these medications to live! this company cares nothing for you just how much money they can make from you or the kickbacks they receive from big Pharma. there needs to be a negative star option !!

Biggest Joke I have ever seen. They dont even deserve 1 Star. Just another way for companies to try to save a buck and they hire these jokers.There is no way I can keep myself together when talking to these jokers about our family health care and their RX policies They wonder why we have high blood pressure Companies like this bring out my Moody side
