image Really surprised to see the positive reviews here. Everything is incompetent at Capsule. Allow me to explain:
1) I received a text from them saying my medication was ready for pickup. I visit the pharmacy and they send me home because they dont have anything on my name.
2) Frustrated, I download their app and contact customer service. Its ridiculous how marketing can make a company look better than it actually is. The customer service agent asked me to look into my account to see if my prescription had been filled. I called my doctors office, and they repeated that the prescription had been sent. The customer service agent left the chat without asking if my issue was solved.
3) I am instructed to go back to the pharmacy by my doctors office. This time, I spend more time trying to dissect the issue. Capsule has my name spelled wrong and the WRONG prescriptions filled. I wait patiently and contact my doctors office again to understand if they had send the wrong prescription. They didnt. It was capsule whod messed everything up from the get-go.
4) I have half a prescription filled now. I will never return to this ridiculous pharmacy.
Advice to Capsule: please review your operations and customer service.

image Capsule is very professional and genuine. The employees goes above and beyond to ensure that you receive your medicine and the icing on the cake is how accurate they are getting your medicine to your front door on time all the time. Capsule is by far the best pharmacy company in my opinion

image I had a prescription delivered, and the driver just left it outside my door after buzzing him in on Friday, the 17th of March. It was a controlled substance. Living in Brooklyn, which is notorious for having packages stolen, was very concerning as had I not been home, this could have happened due to the negligence of the delivery person. In addition to this, had that been the case with this being a controlled substance, it could have gotten into the wrong hands, and having it replaced would have also been a challenge. Clearly, based on this experience, my 5-stars are not for the delivery person or that experience.
I am leaving the 5-star review because of the exceptional customer support I received from to members of your CS team. Customer Support agent Isabell and Support Lead Siobhan (not 100% on spelling of their names). I initially spoke with Isabell she was friendly and very professional when I asked to speak with Siobhan. There were three key things that impressed me the most. They the gave me the time to express my concern and listened with out speaking over me and made comments back that allowed me to see they actually listened. They seemed sincere about escalating the issue to the correct teams to to give them visibility into the issue. And lastly the were conversational throughout their support. These might seem small but its a rarely. They truly went above and beyond in ways of their support

I'm sad to say things have really taken a nose-dive in the past few months.
My heart meds were supposed to be delivered between 2pm - 4pm yesterday. No one showed up, no one reached out to cancel, and no one has replied with an explanation. Today, Capsule unilaterally decided on a time to re-deliver. I was only informed afterward. The courier left my meds hanging on the door handle.
That's objectively bad, however, the most egregious incident was Capsule's undisclosed deletion of 2 of my prescriptions last month.
When I asked why the prescriptions were missing from my profile, costumer service explained the meds were out of stock, so they'd returned the orders to my doctor. When I asked them to communicate future returns more effectively, they attempted to argue semantics.
(FTR: an automated message stating, "We can't fill this yet," is not the same as "We're deleting your prescriptions from our system." ...especially when you've never deleted identical backordered prescriptions before.)
I don't know what happened to them, but I suggest going elsewhere until their communication rises to meet bare minimum again.

As someone with limited mobility this place is a godsend. Their pleasant text exchanges, friendly delivery folks, and extremely fast response times (including clearing up issues with my insurance and getting my disorganized doctor's office to quickly refill prescriptions) are all just icing on that sweet, sticky cake.
