I was so disappointing after my dogs left half cut. Body groom face not. Due to the manager was on vacation. The first time I received poor service for all 3 dogs.

What she failed to mention was that I explained it was in the best interest of her pet due, to that fact that the dog suffered from seizures, that she gets the dog done as an express services.that would have her pet in and out of the salon in an hour to a hour and a half and out of this high stress environment, which could trigger an seizure. The groomer who she was originally scheduled with would have had the time to assist in this was had she not been over a hour late for her appointment. Had she been on time we could have accommodated. And yes due to the fact that we are aware of the dogs health issues and failed to accommodate this health issues puts the groomer in a position to be held liable if the dog had had a seizure while in out care. It’s a shame when pet owners lack genuine concern for their pets well-being and feel as if they know better then trained professionals.
