Hi Fran, it's Cynthia. I just wanted to say I hope you had a wonderful 4th with your family. Now that we are coming on a year of you guys helping me and my family, I just wanted to say that I'm so grateful and appreciative of all the work that you all put in to help us with our problem especially at such a overwhelming time. I really still wonder how I made it through but I am completely aware that it was with the help of you and everyone at Thermal. Now less than two weeks before my baby's 1st birthday it's I remember where I was mentally last year and it's so nice to have peace of mind. Thank you to you and all the guys for all your help.
