    I couldn't be happier!! In just the couple of months I've been working with Fred (just one session per week!), I've already lost fat, gained muscle, and felt stronger and more confident. He is kind, gentle, and encouraging but also pushes me always to do my best and work my hardest. In addition, I'm a person who always gets injured when I exercise, but no longer! Fred is so careful and cautious in his training that I've never even felt a strain from my workouts. It's almost like physical therapy in many ways! Re: COVID safety concerns: This gym is different than most gyms where you hire a personal trainer because at SlowBurn, you and your trainer are the only ones in the gym (vs being in a gyms with tons of people). I highly recommend trying a session if you're ready for something new that works.
