        I have been calling this office for the past 3 weeks to ask whats going on with my case. I always get told I will receive a call back whether in 10 minutes, an hour, by the end of the day Nobody ever calls me back and I feel like Im getting the run around, why do I have to chase my lawyer down just to get information? This is extremely aggravating and unprofessional, they havent been helpful whatsoever. I thought by the good reviews that I made the right decision but I guess I was wrong, I will be hiring another lawyer.

We specifically provided you the Accident Information Summary, to reach out to the State of CT, providing you with the name of the Sergeant, Primary Officer, and who you need to speak about in regards of the accident information on file. It's unclear why you feel we haven't provided you all the information you needed, as our notes clearly show we have been overly responsive. Our managing attorney will be calling you again today to review and recap all the correspondences we've had with you previously. Please look out for that call today.
