The communication is horrible I have to reach out to them for any update the paralegal is the worst human being in this planet she doesn't care about anything dealing with her clients or their needs she corrupt AF and something fishy is going on but if they don't give me my check I'm going to take necessary actions to get my $$ this is ridiculous the amount of time it's taking them to cut my check is awful my whole life is depending on this money but they aren't doing anything to get me that

Horrible communication! Actually, no communication. You have to constantly contact them to hear updates on your case. Then when you reach a settlement, they don’t send your check out! You have to literally hunt them down. Don’t hire them! I’ve been waiting almost a month now for my settlement.

The receptionist was so rude. She had an attitude answering the phone, got louder when I asked her to repeat herself, and acted like I was bothering her by calling this company. If this is who you have representing your company when answering the phone, I can only imagine the service this company provides. They lost my business and will never recommend to anyone.

I was hospitalized which resulted in two surgeries. Not once have she or anyone from her staff reached out to me to inquire about my health. . They were fully Informed of my circumstances. In regards to my case there is not clear or constant communication with anyone. I am seriously upset with them in regards to their lack of commitment to me as a client. In the past I referred others to the firm. I would never refer anyone to them. I also requested assistance with personal issues. They totally ignored my requests. They need to do better representation of their clients.
