The box office staff are very rude. One even told me to go away after I paid for a $140 ticket. All three of the staff were confused about payment methods until a manager arrived and clarified that indeed they do accept my payment with the card number. It was horrifying and completely opposite from the experience I had at the Koch theatre for Met opera and ballet tickets (where I was twice offered complimentary tickets when my card payment didnt work - I later donated back). The three women were yelling at me that they work there and know what they are talking about when I wanted to check if their card reader could accept contactless payment.

Smaller recital hall being used for the NY Philharmonic while David Geffen Hall is being renovated. One big orchestra section of seating without middle rows, small seats. Good acoustics & visibility.
