Renewing a passport in the age of Covid seemed a bit daunting after reading about long waits, cancelled trips due to new passport not being ready, etc. I contacted Passport Plus Visas and the process was simple, streamlined and FAST. I communicated with Florence and Valentina. They were both professional, clear and very speedy to respond if I had questions. The passport was submitted on 1/7/22 and I received the new one via FEDEX 7 days later on 1/14/22. On the expensive side - yes BUT, you get what you paid for. Concierge level service and a quick turn around time made the fee money well spent. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of passport renewal services.
