Fast service but one of the new Spanish guy that just started working there has a bad attitude always gives me a bad time when I pick up a zip car very nasty the last time I gave home my zip card and he bend the card in half I think he need anger management.all the other workers are that work there are nice except that one

Car wasn't damaged and service was fast. However, I was charged an additional $17.50 for being 3 minutes late on my SpotHero reservation to retrieve my car. All of their signs said $10 for 30 minutes, and nobody could explain to me why I couldn't just pay for an extra 30 minutes instead of almost double for 3 minutes. When I pointed out that I was on the property on time and it took them a couple minutes for them to process my ticket/reservation, they said that there was nothing they could do. Come here if you'd like to be ripped off.

I work weddings at Chelsea piers. Drive a ford transit t250 low roof. It's As big as a mini van. Been parking here for 3 years. Today they tell me they never take a van in my size. I'm lucky i didn't get ripped off reserving ahead of time. If you drive an suv or f150 (same size as me) . Be careful
