Horrible experience. Unfriendly and absolutely incompetent staff. Car came back scratched and they would not take responsibility for it. Do NOT go there. EVER.

My reservation was until 12pm. I arrived exactly at noon, but the gate to the garage was closed. I waited for nearly 30 minutes until the attendant returned. He then charged me a $30 overage fee for being so far past noon. When I tried to dispute this, he told me that there was no way I was there before 12, because he had a ticket from 12:01. I asked if he could show me the time on his computer to compare with my phone, because I was pretty sure the time was inaccurate. He refused. I asked to speak to a manager and have her look over the security camera, and she refused. They charged me for an additional day because I was over 30 minutes by the time the attendant returned, and started up his computer again. He said there was nothing I could do. I feel like my car was held hostage. They wouldn't return it to me until I paid the $30. There was a sign that said every half hour is $8.50. I would have been fine paying the $8.50 and chalking it up to the fact that I should have been there five minutes before my reservation expired. I'm furious with what happened, and I feel like they really take advantage of customers whose cars they have in their possession. It's extortion

If possible I would give a negative review. This garage is a scam. We reserved a parking space using the ParkWhiz app. That app requires you to specify a timeframe for parking, and on this particular trip we made good time to the city and arrived 45 minutes earlier than planned. When we entered the garage the manager told us we would have to pay more since we arrived prior to our reservation - which on its own was annoying but we didn’t argue - and would have to pay an additional $13, which is the hourly parking fee. We thought it strange that they would not accept payment for the hour right when we arrived, instead saying that we should settle up when we left, but left the car anyway. When we came to collect the car, earlier than planned, we were surprised to be charged an additional $60 versus the $13 we were told about. The attendant at the garage said this is “the same thing that always happens with the app people” and after arguing for 10 minutes we insisted to speak with the manager. The manager claimed to have a perfect memory, as he has with all of his customers every time this happens, and claimed to have told us that our “discounted app rate” was invalidated when we arrived early and that we were charged the more expensive drive-in daily rate that resulted in the additional $60 charge. Had this been communicated upon arrival we would have left, but it explained why the manager did not allow us to pay the $13 difference when we arrived. This experience and the assertions that “the same thing always happens with the app people” is proof positive that this is a scam. Imagine how much this garage makes from fleecing people like this. We went from a $100 charge to paying $160 because we arrived 45 minutes early?! Parkers beware! This business has been reported to the BBB.
