parked here for a couple hours to go to a concert in the city. Came back and $300+ worth of electronics was stolen from my car.

Awful awful experience !!! Got our car hostage, did not want to take our money because their system had a problem .... I threatened them to call the police as we stayed there forever so they could fix their problem! It took forever and I decided to pick up my car myself! My husband paid cash. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

I would like to echo Nancy's sentiments. I initially started parking here because it was so much cheaper than other nearby garages. Unfortunately, there is a reason for that. I parked my car here for six months and received numerous dents and scratches. More recently, I noticed a very deep impact on my rear door (obviously from another car door) and my rear right taillight was smashed from an impact to my rear right bumper. Total bill: $4,800. Garage is paying: $0. Transferring out of this facility and into another garage immediately and would recommend that you avoid it at all costs.

I just got a spot in this garage and after two weeks I am going to have to cancel it and move somewhere else. On Thursday when I arrived at the reserved time to take out my car for the first time, they made me wait an HOUR AND A HALF to bring the car up, which meant I was leaving the city right at rush hour. Today, my husband went to pick up the car that we had requested yesterday. He couldn't remember the number of the parking spot and it took me a few minutes to realize I had missed his call. By the time I called back to give them the number of our parking spot, it was still prior to the time of our reservation, but they told us they couldn't give us the car because we made them wait ten minutes to give them the spot number. Mind you, I had requested the car by the parking spot number the day before and it was still prior to the time of our scheduled pick up. The car should have already been ready and waiting for us. I had to call and threaten to report them to the NY Consumer Affairs department before they agreed to give us OUR CAR. This place is a joke. If you bring your car here, they basically treat you like they own your car and you are asking to borrow it. This is totally unacceptable.
