I have used their parking multiple times and never had any problem. Loved their coupons and the early bird offer. Overall, convenient parking facility at reasonable rates!

Got there at 1:30pm, two guys there, I asked a question to one and he was sarcastic and rude, the other man came over and my car had a bit of snow on it and he literally told me that next time I needed to clean the snow or he will not let me in because now he had to clean it and it was not fair for him, I only left the car there because other garages are full and I live close by but management needs to do a better job with customer service, we are not parking for free and on top you get rude staff when coming in. What kind of place is it. I will go get my car after the snow storm and never ever go back there again. I am sure you have lost several clients due to the same reason and yet management doesn’t seem to care due that you still have business going in. You should pay more attention to your staff. I am on the service business as well and one thing you need to be is respectful and courteous. If I could’ve I would’ve not given a star. I had to in order to input my comment. Worst parking ever.
