Very busy parking but they do have handicap parking spaces available

This is a terrible parking lot. Saturday night we pre-booked for a show at Madison Square Garden. Seeing that this place was only a few mins from Madison square garden we arrived 15 minutes early to the garage. I waited almost 1 hour to have my car parked. It was hard to get upset when it was one kid that was left all alone to park all the cars that had a prepaid. There are many garages in the area , cheaper too. Don’t waste your money or your time here . This garage is poorly managed. Don’t ever book here & yes I missed most of my show . Not worth it and nothing to comp the customers .
