Said on website that he’s open, called him and he said he will be here in 30 minutes, waited two hours and then ignored my calls, the owner is a liar! Beware he’s not to be trusted!

I recently purchased a rug on-line from Haloomi. It arrived a day early and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the colors weren't as compatible with my room furnishings as I had anticipated, so I returned the rug. Gheorghe Becciv and team were super helpful throughout the entire process, and my payment was immediately refunded. Form start to finish, it was a great customer experience. I will order from them again and recommend them to others without reservation.
