When I visited the first time it was pleasant enough but when I called to make a second appointment the receptionist was very rude. I tried to explain that my insurance had changed, and was met with a very short reply followed by them hanging up on me. If that's how the person who is supposed to be welcoming clients/patients acts, No thank you. Don't recommend.

Silvia R-O-C-K-S! I was wondering how I'd be received as a non-client, walking in off of the street, asking them to adjust the tragedy that was my glasses after I fell asleep wearing them the other night. I mean, after all the horrible reviews; I was obviously playing with fire...or taking my life in my own hands... or some other dramatic, cliched metaphor... but I already told you how it went... because Silvia definitely rocks. I was treated with rudeness by the doctor at that clinic 3 years ago, haven't been there since.

I have been coming here for years and always leave with a satisfied experience. The staff and doctors are warm and attentive and always return my calls and emails right away. They are flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend this provider.
