Im visiting the city and needed to get my prescription glasses replaced and this place seemed nice and I wanted to go somewhere where it was close by and choose this but let me tell you dont be fooled but their looks, yes it may seem nice inside and the staff are friendly but theres only one doctor and hes a bit scary and when I wanted to get my yearly routine I decided to cancel because they only had one doctor, i wasnt comfortable with that. I got my glasses but it was a hassle, when I was able to get them it came scratched up on the same day I got them, so I called and they told me I had to come in the next day so they can see the lenses, they proceeded to tell me it would take 4-5 business days for them to order new glasses and I waited and I got my glasses, I also asked for sanitizing wipes because other peoples hands were touching my glasses and they didnt carry sanitizing equipment?!

Excellent service and all the staff are very friendly. I went to replace my son's glasses without an appointment and in 15 minutes everything was ready... I just have to wait for them to call me to pick up the glasses, thanks

From Craig Anderson Of all the centers regarding eye care, this is definitely my favorite. Been coming here since 2021. Props to the staff for being incredible kind, competent, and accommodating, including the doctor himself, Dr. Radetsky. Any questions or concerns and he's always prepared with answer. Have to dock off 1 star due to the wait times. Outside of my very first visit, I've been there longer than I needed to. Today, I was there for a little under 2 hours. I hope they improve in this area, as I do want to continue coming to this location. Again, this place excels at everyhing else.

My experience with the optometrist was very satisfactory, his employees were kind and attended me with great attention to detail. I chose my new lenses in just a few minutes!
