        Customer service is terrible. Very rude. Instead of coming to the counter they yelled from the back of the store. Charged me $19 to make four laminated copies. Forced time to give my phone number and email to make copies. They only copied one side of my double sided document 🤦‍♂️

        I love their self service copy and print machines that allow me to email the information directly to the printer. The staff is always helpful if you require them. Staples is an overall great experience. I've been a customer for years and I continue to use their services today.
