My actual rating is -0.5 stars. Strike 1 - package arrived with a broken box Strike 2 - I never got a response for the broken box Strike 3 - the markers use WAY more ink than advertised, so you're going to spend more on Auspen markers than regular markers. So by this time, I'm already done with Auspen, and haven't used them for months. And yet: Strike 4 - Yesterday, my girlfriend ordered me more ink and nibs, worth over $70. I tell her to cancel the order, contact Auspen (which I admit I had no faith in their ability to communicate with customers), and get the money back. I help her by calling a phone number (pointless, now that I realize it's a fax number) and email Auspen TWICE; once that evening, and again in the morning. Of course instead of ever reading an email from a customer, they send me an email verifying that they have shipped the order. I hate Auspen the same way I hate any company that refuses to speak to their customers. I wish they would take their trash back!

This is the least toxic, most eco-friendly dry erase ink on the market. I use it in bulk, in larger marker casings (made for Montana acrylic) and it works like a charm. Very inky, saturated colors. Great for large scale work.

Auspens refillable dry erase markers are great since you're reducing so much plastic use and they contain fewer toxic chemicals. But they can be messy to fill and get dented quite easily (the body is made of metal). You have to refill them quite often also. We will keep using them despite these drawbacks.
