Regus - New York, New York - 600 Third Avenue

By far the worst experience I've had so far at any workspace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Please use WeWork. Never received an invoice for my stay and when I finally did, it had a late fee on it of $55. Support is non-existent here, had to file a case which was denied of course. Then I try to pay (I booked as a guest), they kept telling me to pay through my account - I don't have an account! Then they sent me a weird link to pay through that didn't accept cc or even have invoice details on there. Just enter an amount to pay and your debit card. They said they don't take card over the phone even though I booked over the phone. I was finally able to get an account setup and pay my bill - with a late fee that should not be on there.. Now today I receive a notice that my overdue payment will go to collections. Also, was told my room would have windows, no windows and most don't have tvs. Company was looking for a long-term workspace, they made it an easy decision to go to WeWork.

Tashera and Mellisa are the best! Great service and central location make this Regus one of the best office-rental spaces I have come across in Manhattan.

Things have certainly changed and the new staff is amazing and attentive. The new manager was an improvement here as well.

Let me count the ways of why Id never return. 1) They could not find my reservation, though the app had it. 2) They had to create a new booking for me to use the space, which resulted in a .04 phone service charge (a service I neither requested or used). 3) When I inquired about the charge, they were unable to reverse them (no one could figure out how, since they didnt know it would charge me), so they handed me 4 pennies in cash 4) They put me in a dingy co-working space (see photo), which thankfully was unshared but seemed to be someone elses dedicated office. Cant say Id recommend this location, when the Spaces - Chrysler location is a few blocks away and much cleaner.
