I usually don’t acostume to go out of my way to post reviews but in this situation I felt obligated to. This is the worst medical office I’ve ever visited. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They charge a $25 fee if you cancel or miss your appointment. They supposedly call to remind the patient of the appointment and they lie about it and mark as if they called to then charge the patient the fee. The worst, they are more interested in the money that they’re getting from patient than your actual health. Literally had to walk out of their office the day of my appointment and find a new OBGYN. Absolutely ridiculous, If I could, I would give zero stars!

This has got to be the most unreliable medical office when it comes to scheduling. They makes patients wait outside in the cold, and at times, like today, you show up to find out the office has a temporary working schedule which is not reflected online...totally blows

Doctor is great, STAFF CANNOT BE WORSE!!! ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS!! A COMPLETE JUNGLE.
