Horrible service. I called to speak with a coordinator was abruptly transferred each time. Person who answered the phone promptly asked "what do you want". Lack telephone etiquette.

If there were 0 stars to give I would. My brother has needed a home attendant that is stable for quite some time. Magnolia Nieves is wildly unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and has been neglecting the care of my brother. I do not understand what kind of agency allows a vile person like Magnolia Nieves to continue to work here. The attendants my brother has had we’re ok. There were 2 that actually cared about their job and you could tell. I am disgusted that the only reason my brother has had to change agencies was because of Magnolias incompetence. She has spread rumors about my mother, has spoken ill to my brothers help aids about my mother, and has threatened help aids. Magnolia isn’t scared to lose her job, nor is she care about her job, because if she did, my brothers experience wouldn’t have been horrible. Let me add that my brother has cerebral palsy and is physically handicapped. Not to mention that everyone works in the house and my family has had to pay out of pocket to have my brother looked after. All the while Magnolia still has a job and not a care in the world. Obviously.

Magnolia nieves took my attendant of 8 years by lying to me first she asked me I'm going to take a just for a few days while the other patients attendant gets better and then she hasn't returned my attendant about 2 months I had another girl that I requested for Monday and Tuesday only she decided to put on my case full time who was never here I was here alone day after day and I have the video and I was calling the agency day after day finally now about 2 weeks later I have helped they sent me someone else but I want my attendance Marie Fortune back on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I'm going to a hard time right now in my life I was diagnosed with another medical convention that I have to hurry and get treated I have to get surgery on my right arm
