I have been e-mailing and talking with HCCI President Mr. Malcolm Punter, Excat Capital partners Mr. Michael Callaghan and Mr. Craig Livingston and Ms. Kaishrie Misir Asset Manager and last but not least Ms. Aja Jusino Property Manager Mr. Eytan Shafir General Manager for Advantage Management. I presented this problem to several other Property Manager's of my building in the past as well. The leak from a sub roof in my building has now produce mold. If this problem was handled properly both years and months this would not have happened(Yes I have a thread with over 20 emails regarding this issue) I have COPD emphysema which is a severe respiratory illness. If I could have giving them zero stars I would have. This entire team owns my building they are SLUM LORDS they should be investigated by every single city, state, local and federal agency for housing. Now Con Edison has found a gas leak so the gas has been turned off in the entire building. This team of people made the corporate discussion to give each tenant one portable heater per apartment so all the other rooms are ice cold. (each room in our apartments have a baseboard for heat). REALLY TEAM!!!! It has been five consecutive days without heat, hot water and gas for cooking. Each and every person mentioned in the beginning of this email has a responsibility to the tenants of this building. WHY ON EARTH IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO INSTALL THE TEMPORARY BOILER?

I have been a tenant since this building was renovated. That is over 20 years ago. I must say that I am baffled and appalled at the same time. Individuals treat their pets better than this administration treat their tenants. Every night the Owners, Management Agents, HCCI CEO and Staff, Board Of Directors and any other individuals affiliated with this organization go home to a Warm House with Hot Water and Gas for cooking. So when your children, family and friends come to your homes for the Holiday and everyday after that...I want each of you to remember your Tenants at 247 West 145th Street do not have that same privilege or comfort. Myself and many others in this building are not asking you for anything extra just the standards of a living condition viable for human beings. Not only a right but what we are entitled to receive when we all signed our leases.
