I went to this establishment with my daughter and her friend and stood in line unnecessarily because the line was for the experience and not just to buy slime. Later was told to go inside the store and then both girls wanted to use the bathroom so we got on line to use it, Then came a worker who told us that we cant use the bathroom unless we have purchased the slime experience. She rudely escorted us out of the store and told us to go use the bathroom elsewhere even though we had purchased slime from their store. Store looked unorganized and rude staff!!! Definitely not going in for the experience which we were going to do for my daughters birthday!

Great experience. My boys loved playing in the slime and making their own. Be advised you may not get in at your exact reservation time but you will still be able to enjoy all of the activities.
