TikTokMoving & Storage has been great. The foreman and his crew arrived earlier than expected. They were fast with loading the truck, and very professional. All of our apartment items were carefully wrapped and our floors were taken care of with mats and pads. They did all the setup in our new apartment quickly and were super patient. They made the move less stressful and a good experience. At the end, I saw nothing was broken or damaged. I will definitely be referring this company to my family and friends. Thanks again guys. My parents decided to move to a smaller house and they insisted that I take in some of their old furniture. The problem was that we lived across the state. It was quite a long distance and so I hired TikTokMoving & Storage to do the job. As there weren’t too much stuff to pick up, the actual packing process took no time. They just packed the small pieces into boxes and covered the corners of the other furniture with cardboard. Then they very efficiently carried everything to the trucks. I should really praise the men for how strongly they carried some of those heavy pieces of furniture. They delivered everything on time to my house. Highly recommend. My move happened Aug 20th, 2020. I had a FaceTime call with Rick and we went over my entire inventory. The first thing I showed him was my rare Namco Ms. Pacman table top arcade. Only 500 of them were made, it was a gift and very sentimental to me and my 12 year old son. We were thorough with all that was going to be moved from Edgewater, NJ to Pembroke Pines, FL . My ex husband oversaw the move bc I had to be in Florida for my son's first day of school. I was on FaceTime when he selected the insurance to cover all of my things. He saw when my arcade was removed from the apartment. He personally wrapped it to make sure nothing happened to it on the move. It was the last item to make it into the truck. I called Rick to find out when I could expect my things in FL. He said he didn't have a date. It could take up to 3 weeks because of Covid. I even called the office and spoke to a rude man named Victor who yelled at me and said that my things were just picked up and he didn't have a date for when my things would be delivered. Before scheduling a getaway I texted Rick the Thursday before Labor Day asking for a date of arrival. I received no response. I get to my hotel in Napes Florida on that Friday, he calls me frantic on Saturday that the movers were down the street from my apartment. I told him I couldn't make it bc I didn't have a car and I was 2 hours away. We agreed the movers would deliver next day Sunday. I lost my money from a day at the hotel and had to rent a car to get back in time for the movers ($440 total loss). Only to discover that my lounge patio chair was broken, my book shelf was broken and the one of a kind arcade never made it to Florida. THEY STOLE IT! I have been sending emails weekly. It took them forever to send me a claims form. I filled it out and sent it to them. They won't honor the value of the arcade which is $700. They only want to give me $450. They don't respond to emails and refuse to refund me for the items stolen and broken. They have yet to respond to my emails. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & THIEVES... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
