Ive been to this theater 3x, the first time was great. I saw Downtown 81 and it really sparked my interest in old movies. I went back recently and did not have such a pleasant experience. I was followed after a late showing of perfect blue by the police. A dog was brought into the theater on another occasion and ran up to me, Im assuming to sniff for drugs after I used the bathroom. I felt racially profiled since I was the only Black woman in the theater for both perfect blue and Goodbye, Dragon Inn. I just wanna say Black people love old movies too, we can appreciate all art forms and its not fair to make someone feel uncomfortable because of their race then turn around and try to make money off their image (I see on the website theyre offering black cinema). Do better!
