Why is half the unbound escalator always out of service it feels like ut has bee. That way for years. My big issue is let people know from they take tickets. It is really difficult if you have issues either walking up or down stairs and uou are not aware till you are already on your way up and encounter that issue. Other than that the theater was clean and well provisioned

Not the best theater experience in Manhattan. Impaired mobility visitors may find it difficult to navigate the theater's interior, as there are no down escalator upon entry. Lack of staff assistance on elevators and limited concession menu. Relocating to an uptown theater, recommended.

Maybe the reclining seats were top notch 4 years ago, but currently they are falling apart. On 3 separate occasions at this theater Ive gotten a recliner that either was not working *at all* or it would only recline half way before giving up on one side, thus youre reclined in an awkward asymmetrical position. Not comfortable. These chairs needs maintenance asap. Not a great experience at all. REGAL has bigger recliners, more comfy & overall more consistent in their maintenance. AMC has really fallen off. Especially this location.
