I could not recommend Guy and his team at Guaranteed more. I spoke to a number of people who were referred to me, but it was abundantly clear after my first conversation with Guy that he was the right choice. This was my first time tackling the daunting process of buying a home and taking out a mortgage. Guy patiently and carefully explained the process to me, remaining responsive and maintaining a kind manner throughout the months-long process.
From what I understand, Guaranteed's pre-approval application is more thorough than most. This became very important when another buyer made an offer on the the apartment I was after. It was Guy's call to the seller's broker explaining Guaranteed's more rigorous pre approval process meant that I would definitely be given a loan from Guaranteed. Without Guy's action I would have lost the apartment I happily moved in to just yesterday.
Beyond my own positive experience with Guy and Guaranteed, everyone at my closing sang his praises: my attorney, the seller's attorney, and his broker.
I'm very thankful to have worked with Guy and would do so again without hesitation.
