I worked with Jim for practically a year on 2 complicated NYC coop deals (the first one fell through and the second one had issues with open construction permits). Jim was on my side through the whole process - explaining complexities, overcoming obstacles, pushing the process along and advocating for me. On top of that, he is personable, enjoyable to work with and has deep subject matter expertise with the NYC market. He talked me off the ledge more than once. I highly recommend.

Working with Jim and his team was amazing. The support through the process was fantastic. Jim answered all my questions with explanations that I could understand and was very knowledgable about the process. He was able to help me navigate some complications with ease. He had connections that he helped engage me with to set up banking and the assistance from these resources was also fantastic. I recommend Jim to anybody that is going to deal with financing. Him and his team were the best I have ever dealt with.
