Review for La Soiree: Absolutely fun! It was similiar to Absinthe from Vegas, but in New York! It was sassy because chocolate cake(?) I don't quite remember his name. They were really interactive with the audience which makes it ten times better.

This is a quaint old theater, with all the pluses and minuses that implies. It's charming and small so no seat is too far from the stage, and all the sight lines are good. The architecture is interesting and the decor attractive. Back when this theater was built, though, humans were four feet tall and weighed sixty pounds. You will become intimately acquainted with your neighbor's jacket and most probably his/her body temperature and arm hair.

Came here to see 39 Steps. An old theater, and the age shows in the common area (lobby is dim and cold, and some areas are a but untidy). That said, it does exude an old time charm. The seats are quite spacious with decent leg room, and all seats have a clear view of the stage (no obstruction). Restroom Watch: both men and women restrooms are in the basement. Go early. The stairs were really backed up during intermission.
