        Horrible experience. The store I went to on 105th and 2nd ave didn't tell me that Saturday was that stores last day opened and placed my clothes somewhere that they dont even know themselves. I was told they need a few hours to find my shirts. Why should it take two hours to find two shirts? Shouldn't they know where they placed peoples clothing knowing that the store was going to close. Horrible customer service just horrible

        Never again! I bought in a cashmere sweater for dry cleaning and it now feels tighter. I don’t know what was done to the sweater, but it was supposed to be dry cleaned. I called up to complain and I was told that I gained weight. Im pretty sure I didn’t gain 10 lbs in 24 hours. I have been 135lb my whole adulthood life. Never again will I visit this place. Pay attention to your business and improve on your customer service or you will be out of business in no time.
