Is Bad travel agent! We register under their company tour; end up we been assigned to other terrible agency (L&L travel), without informing.
All itinerary given , is not accurate. Eg: Price list all tickets and other activities is not updated, we need pay at least 10% to 15% additional cost for the different on tickets.
Secondly, hotel will not follow on what been promised or written. Reason given is, " we have extra people joining in group, the original hotel dont have enough room last minute " ! ... when you ask the tour leader for tomorrow rooms, they will sure tell...not confirm yet! Rooms are not secure even one day before.
This Sincere travel agent, is not honour by making oir profit but work out with very cheap and low class travel agent!
Please dont ever trust the fees WRITTEN on the Web or itinerary, you will asked to pay at l3ast double of the original price when you in the bus the secind day onward!
