While I have worn Canali apparel for decades, my recent customer service experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order via their website on 1/5/2020 they promptly charged my credit card $1,300.00+ 10 days later having still not received a shipping notice I attempted to call their customer care number option #2 only to be repeatedly be transferred to nowhere. Having left several messages on option #1, I finally received an email reply assuring my order would ship in one to two days five days later, I still had not received a shipping confirmation. Multiple messages later I received a call from Ericka their customer service rep who arrogantly insisted they had shipped and I had received said order, which was blatantly false. Upon further investigation she admitted the order was sent to incorrect address. She and her superior promised my account would be credited immediately. Now 1/23/2020 18 days later I have still not received my merchandise or a credit to my account. Buyer beware this is a bad company.
