Good at what she does. Not the only game in town. All she cares about is money. They basically steal it. Her nursing staff are very good. Office staff are condescending and uninformed. After being a loyal customer for years, left due to the way I was treated and spoken to by Barbara the office manager. Don’t pay a 250 consultation fee to see her. She doesn’t deduct it off any service you may decide to get. How full of yourself can you be?

Dr. Waldorf has left me with permanent unsightly lower lid defects due to injections and has suggested I see a plastic surgeon to correct her wrong . I have learned, unfortunately, not much can be done to repair the damage she caused. I am shattered beyond belief.

I highly recommend Dr. Heidi Waldorf - she is incredibly competent and familar with all of the newest procedures. Absolutely love her staff too. She uses the clear and brilliant lasers to improve skin quality - it produces what is like a light sunburn that day - Heidi can recommend what to use on your face after the procedure if you are uncomfortable with any redness as she has and knows all of the products that are available to keep your skin looking good. I have used her for years and attribute her care to the compliments that I receive about my skin and I am not someone born with perfect skin!!! The absolute best in the field.

Dr. Waldorf is amazing! Her skills in cosmetic dermatology are superb. She is a leader in the latest aesthetic and rejuvenation treatments. I have been to other cosmetic dermatologists before I was treated by Dr. Waldorf and I find her to be the most skillful. I also appreciate her candid approach to what’s best for the optimum outcome. Having such a great experience compelled me to recommend Dr. Waldorf to my family and friends and all of them are hooked on Heidi!!! Sincerely, 59 years old still looking 40
