        Unfortunately, La Villita closed its doors the first week of March 2013. I will certainly miss their fried egg sandwiches with pico de gallo. The service was always amazing. I loved talking to everyone so I could perfect my Spanish. I didn't mind the old cakes in the window because it only added to the "excellent" decor. Those that didn't get it, never did and never will. I got it. I loved it, and now I miss it. :(
