The worst Casting company to do business with in the United state, do not open an account with them, their employees are very rude and the casting they sent is damaged and full of porosity and when you complain about it they hang-up on you ! close the company already!

This was a very strange experience. I went there twice and the second time I just stood at the window with people staring back at me refusing to acknowledge my presence. When someone came over they were short and walked away before I could ask any questions. I did explain that I was new to this and made it a point to be polite since I work in customer service. I ended up going back to my original place that charges a little more but does great work.

I'm a perfectionist and have scoured the bowels of the casting industry around the world for decades. Never have I been as consistently impressed with the work Carrera turns around, but my new photographer (who's quite famous in the industry) said it's what I should expect when working with them. "Carrera has been casting the most beautiful jewery out of their same shop by the same people for decades. They're the best and are known for being the best". He then went down the list of big name designers who they cast for and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Instead, I took it upon myself to write this review and spread the good word. My customers and myself couldn't be happier.
