I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Franco. She is a conscientious and dedicated practitioner that provides a wide array of professional experience. It is without hesitation that I recommend her. She demonstrates the kind of empathy and understanding patients are seeking in the field of psychology.

Officially changing my previous one-star review to a five-star review after being threatened with legal action by Dr. Fabiana Franco. Head’s up to anyone else tempted to post a negative review of Dr. Franco—you better think twice unless you can afford a lawsuit! I know I can’t afford even five minutes with a lawyer so that’s why I changed my review. Hopefully this is enough to avoid legal action..? Maybe? I’ll keep you guys updated. Also do you guys think the ACLU will take on my case pro-bono? XD. No but seriously. The freedom to write Google reviews expressing our opinions under any moniker we choose is a freedom worth protecting, no? If a lawsuit like this actually proceeds to the courts and she wins, it sets a nasty legal precedent for the future of Internet freedom and freedom of speech in general. It’s not cheap to sue someone. If lawsuits like this one are deemed legitimate, would essentially place poor people at the mercy of the wealthy. Freedom of speech will only belong to those who can afford it.

*Google isn’t letting me update my previous review so I have to post a new one. Plz don’t sue me for harassment!!! Anyway, this is for those of you who have messaged me asking for updates on this oh-so-riveting case. I regret to inform you that I have no updates! That’s right, the alleged “lawsuit” seems to have disappeared into thin air. I have received no phone calls, emails, or letter regarding any such matter. It does seem as if the whole “lawsuit” thing was devised in an attempt to get me to change my previous review into a five-star review. And what do you know, it worked! Brava!
