I'll start off by saying that I love the falafels from Taim.
However, when I ordered a chicken bowl + additional side of falafels today (see the picture of my receipt), they SCREWED UP my order!
I did not get any chicken in my bowl at all!!! To think that I had to pay extra for the chicken...
See picture below. I even mixed the bowl to see if there were any chicken bits that I may have missed...
I also just realized that they did not include the 2 sauces i selected as well.
