        The sound bath was amazing! Our guide was Nate. He was absolutely fantastic. What an amazing and truly unique experience. Towards the end when there was a collage of sound, I ended up hallucinating. We had such a relaxing experience. The stress of the day had melted away.

        Love this place so much! The people, the tea, the meditation practice - everything about it is perfect. MNDFL is a beautiful place of solstice in this busy city. Definitely stop by for a visit!

        I guess the start has been a bit on the slow side for this meditation outfit but the class i took - classical mindfulness training - was good. they were willing to do it for a single person. The sessions are too short for my taste (30 min, really?) and too expensive ($25, really?).
