I was able to take my mother into the store and have her pick out her own electric wheelchair chair. They designed it just the way she needed it and delivered it with no issues. Mother couldn't be happier, as it was all her choice, in what she needed in a chair. I'm pleased that my mother is pleased. Nice doing business with Welcare.

My dad was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and has a CPAP mask and sleep apnea machine. He was having an awful time sleeping because of the positioning of the mask on his pillow. The mask always slipping and causing air to seep out. One trip to Welcare Medical, and his problems were solved when one of the concerned sales staff recommended specifically formed pillow for CPAP mask users. Now he's getting a great night sleep again. This store has hundreds of products and a helpful, most experienced staff. I won;t go anywhere alse for any medical supplies!

I referred a friend to Welcare who needed a hospital bed following a procedure.. I chose Welcare because I've been in the store before looking for a brace and they they are great.. I will continue referring them moving forward..

I needed to get a portable oxygen tank for the weekend for my Dad and chose to go through Welcare because of its favorable reviews and convenient New York location. However. I will use them again because of the extraordinary service provided by its dedicated personnel! They are the best!

We had a unique dilemma with CPAP mask recently and Welcare went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. If we lived in NY, they would be our go sleep apnea machine and oxygen tank supplier!
